Sarda Desmond is a renowned personal chef who lives in Carmel, California. Her culinary journey began in England, where she grew up and started her cooking career. She emigrated to California and worked at the legendary Pebble Beach Lodge where she excelled. She then became a full time caterer serving residents, celebrities, and other visitors to the beautiful Monterey Peninsula.
Her menus are individual, unique and delicious. She works directly with her clients and prepares menus from two to hundreds of clients. She uses locally sourced ingredients directly from her farm connections. This assures that her food is not only fresh and mostly organic but of high quality. Her presentations are visually creative and delicious to not only to see but to eat.
