A British native with Indian heritage, Sarda has spent over 30 years spicing up the kitchens of northern California, from Pebble Beach Resorts to Ostrich Grill. Nobody serves up fresh, fusion comfort food like she does.
Chef Sarda is a current faculty member at Monterey Peninsula College, teaching Culinary Arts & Baking.

Seasonal, locally-sourced produce and coastal catch, cooked at their peak.
Every plate is plated and served by Sarda herself.
Chef Sarda partners with local restaurants and businesses, including From Scratch, and Sourdoughmeditations.com for Sourdough workshops. She is also the preferred chef for Sanctuary Vacation Rentals.
This is the most basic and the most affordable of your catering choices. Food is dropped off hot or cold in disposable containers for you to serve in the way that suits you best.

Dear Sarda, Thank you for bringing us such delicious food! Fresh, tender, smoky, savory and sweet! Your Marbella Chicken Entrée was all of the above. The “melt in your mouth tart” was unforgettable!! ART! We are looking forward to the next time! Thank you to you and your great team, and our amazing Employers! We are so fortunate!
Graduation Party
Dependable, Professional, Credible, Organized, and Oh…. Did I mention she can cook? Sarda Desmond is who I am talking about. I called Sarda to assist me with my daughter’s graduation party when the numbers went from 60 to 150. I told her I wanted to enjoy the party and not think about the food. Sarda and her team came in and took over. I wanted a chef to walk into my home kitchen, take over, get organized and have the food on the table 1 hour prior to the arrival of the guests. Not only did she and her team accomplish this, they left the place cleaner than when they arrived. The party was very successful and was enjoyed by all. Comments from our guests: She is wonderful. She does a fabulous job. Her food is outstanding. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Sarda.
Friends & Family Night
Sarda, thank you for catering our event at The Wine Experience in Monterey on November 27th for our Friends and Family night. Everything was fabulous. Appetizers were delicious and perfectly executed. We look forward to working with you for future events. Thanks again, Claudia.
Family Holiday Party
My husband and I hired Sarda for our family holiday party…and her food did not disappoint. From the beautiful display to our scrumptious meal, Sarda made sure that every one of our guests had a spectacular dinner. We enjoyed samosas with tamarind chutney and zucchini fritters with mint/cilantro chutney for appetizers, chicken curry and a special vegetarian dish for entrées, topped it off with a mango rice pudding for dessert. Amazing!! Thank you Sarda.
